FAQ

- Orders will be shipped out 3-5 business days latest after a payment has been made.

- After your package has been officially shipped and processed within USPS, we are no longer responsible for shipment. This does include postal delays due to weather or any circumstances that we cannot control.

- We aim to give you the fastest processing and shipping possible because we love our customers and appreciate your support. Please keep in mind we are a small business. Thank you for your patience. 

- All sales are final. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been paid for and placed.

- If for any reason you are charged twice for the same product feel free to contact us. However, if it was only processed once in our system we cannot give you an extra refund, this is on your banks end and beyond our control, please make sure to call them,

-  We always make sure to ship out our products in good quality for our customers.  However, we are not responsible if items were damaged in the hands of USPS.

- Due to sanitary reasons and the global pandemic, we do not accept returns.

- Unfortunately, if your package is lost in the hands of USPS, we are not responsible because that is out of our control. If this occurs, you must contact the postal service directly as soon as you can.

- Please make sure all shipping information is accurate. We are not responsible if you made a mistake with your address or contact information. 

- Makeup artist is not a board certified makeup artist, but did go to a makeup academy for months and was certified. 

- We do not offer refunds on services, All Sales Final.

- There is a non-refundable deposit to ensure your appointment. We cannot take you in after 15 minutes and have to keep the deposit. You are responsible for getting their on time.

- Prices may vary as time goes on. The more talented and higher quality products being used, the more the service will cost.

- You must schedule an appointment 2 weeks in advance, your appointment is not confirmed until you are emailed a confirmation. 

- You may DM @muadarlz on Instagram, she is the makeup artist or you can DM our Instagram @opulentbabecosmetics.

- It is not our responsibility if you are allergic to any cosmetics ( Lurella, Beauty Creations, Other small brand adhesive liners, Milani ..etc) that are not  branded as or under the name OPULENT BABE COSMETICS.  Ingredients are listed on their brands packaging and if they are not, it is your responsibility and own choice to use the product & brand. You must contact the brand or company's support page directly if you have any allergic reactions.

- All lashes are "cruelty-free" but not all are vegan. You are responsible to  read the description of each lash before purchasing, we also have categories to choose from.
