- Orders will be shipped out 3-5 business days latest after a payment has been made.
- After your package has been officially shipped and processed within USPS, we are no longer responsible for shipment. This does include postal delays due to weather or any circumstances that we cannot control.

- All sales are final. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been paid for and placed.
